Good price and location, but the apartment is not prepared for guests. Not clean.
5.0Very good location, close to Bratislava, yet on the sidelines. Very close to Lidl. New estate, you can see that some of the apartments are not yet furnished. Clean staircases, entrances and convenient parking.
− - The equipment includes two pans for the gas stove. The apartment has an induction cooker, so the pans were completely useless. - A cracked tile on the terrace. It's great that there is a large terrace, but what good is it when it was terribly dirty and there is nowhere to even sit. - You can see that the apartment is new, but furnished at the lowest possible cost, which results in the equipment quickly getting damaged. - The skirting boards are falling off the walls - There are streaks at the bottom of the bathroom wall. It's hard to tell if it's an unpainted part from running cables or mold from the bathroom. - Ants have taken up residence under the skirting boards. - Spiders on the ceiling. - A squashed bug under the bedding. - The couch is covered in some hair and fur. - No air conditioning. In the current summer temperatures - very hot. Only a fan, which doesn't help much. - Someone forgot to prepare the apartment for guests and left the laundry and vacuum cleaner. Maybe they wanted to clean it themselves?
