− Sabato notte siamo rientrati in casa intorno alle 3 che tornavano da un festival e qualcuno ha tentato di aprire la porta all' esterno. Ho visto qualcuno che aveva il telefono in mano e faceva luce mentre cercava di inserire una combinazione alla porta, assurdo, ho avuto molta paura ho gridato e il tipo è scappato.

− The access code stop working 10 minutes before the check-out time. The employees that I make contact with didn't helped me, we stay Infront of the apartment for 40 minutes and in the end we solved the problem ourselves.
