9.0Duży przestronny dom w klimacie lat 90 z ogromnym wysokim salonem, wygodna sofa i fotelami oraz kominkiem. Dwie łazienki oraz spora kuchnia. Duży ogród z patio wyposażonym w stół i fotele. Spokojna i dość cicha okolica.
− Brak podstawowych środków czystości.
2 tygodnie luzuni spokoju.
8.0Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, spokojna dzielnica, na uboczu. Duży ogród, teren w całości ogrodzony, pełne wyposażenie. Nowy, świetny gril, pokoje dobrze wyposażone, dom jest duży, pokoje przestronne. Meble ogrodowe są chyba własnoręcznie robione- dobry pomysł ale jakierobejca ciemna zadałaby szyku.
− Dom jest generalnie stary. Okna drewniane, 30 letnie, ciężko chodziły, drzwi nieszczelne, drobne uszkodzenia - a to drzwi źle osadzone i trzeszczą i piszczą, a to płytki na bardzo ładnym stole peknięte. Przydałyby się nowe elementy armatory sanitarnej - węże do przyszniców, słuchawki - to są napradwę nieduże wydatki a odbiór poprawią. Przydałyby się nowe patelnie, troche więcej misek takich dla dzieci żeby chrupki na śniadanie miały w czym zjeść, NOŻYCZKI DZIAŁAJĄCE - spróbuj otworzyć opakowania tymi co są - dramat. Nowe noże - nieduży wydatek a pożytek wielki, sitka w kranach - puszczasz wodę a tu chlup we wszystkie strony, KUBKI dla 10 osób skoro dom jest na 10 osób. To są niby szczegóły, ale przy dłuższym pobycie irytują. A jeszcze jedno - polecam bardzo miłemu Właścicielowi materace średnio twarde lub twarde - ten miękki trzeba napradę lubić żeby na nim spać. A jak masz problemy z plecami to jest to ewidentnie problem. Generalnie z pobytu jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni - dom ma swój klimat, trochę poprzedniej epoki.
