Fine except for terrible host communication

− Check in communication was awful. Despite 4-5 separate email requests for check in instructions, the same AI generated response was given. The code to the key lock box was not sent until 2:56pm. We had advised a 1pm arrival. Staff in office claimed they did not work for the same company. Check out instructions contradictory.

7.0The location is amazingly close to the ferry, which is what we wanted. The staff was very helpful as we couldn't check in during the regular hours so they were open to us just emailing our passport details to them.
− The sofa was not very comfortable as they were more boxes with matts on them. And the other chairs were very low so my mother had a hard time sitting down anywhere to relax.

6.0De locatie (vlakbij de ferry naar Naoshima/Teshima) is perfect. Het appartement is wel leuk ingericht.
− Het comfort is beperkt, in ieder geval vanuit westers perpectief. Voor vier personen 1 slaapkamer en een kleine badkamer. Weinig opbergruimte. De keuken is bepaald niet van alle gemakken voorzien. Weinig servies/glaswerk en bestek. Geen toaster. We hebben dit in Japan echt wel veel beter meegemaakt! De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is slecht. Wij betaalden ruim € 450 euro (Y 75.000) per nacht voor deze matige accommodatie.
