Overall ok, personally ruined due to mattress
6.0Tranquility of the location
− Horrible mattress in the main bedroom overlooking the lake, old mattress gave us a lot of back pain, could not throughout all our stay. The mattress is so worn out. It’s horrible to be on holiday and not being able to sleep properly and to top it off get sever back pain .
Lovely property in a great location
9.0Orion holiday staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. A gas mains had been cut by contractors on the day of our arrival but the Orion staff kept us informed and put heaters in the property to ensure it was lovely and warm for our arrival. They acted efficiently and effectively to resolve the issue and were all very friendly and approachable.
− Everything was lovely. The property was very well kitted out, clean, comfortable and in a great location for relaxing with a beautiful outlook
