6.0the location is great, it’s close to everything. the hotel nice, smells good and the people were very friendly and helpful!
− the actual room and the unit owner! the room has 1 bedroom and that’s the only bed available! they advertise 2 beds in the unit, but the couch doesn’t pull out and definitely doesn’t accommodate more than 2 people(I had to buy a blow-up bed for my kids)! They didn’t send me my reservation code until after check -in when I requested it like 3 times 2-3 hours ahead of my check-in time! when I arrived my room was in the process of getting cleaned and wasn’t clean after the cleaner left! there was hair on the floor, in the bathtub, around the bathroom sink and stains on the countertop. I had to request more towels to have enough for 4 people (I never receive hand towels or face towels, so I had to buy my own along with toilet paper) and extra blankets.
