Never again! Sweat for 3 days in 78+ degrees unable to sleep comfortably or do anything for that matter.
1.0Location was great
− Ant infestation, furniture torn with stuffing coming out, bike tires were flat and pump didn’t work ( thank goodness my son had one in his truck), no air conditioning until the late afternoon before we left, told Sharc was closed by staff when I called them and it was actually open and packed with people, and staff was slow to respond to any of our concerns. Ants were in the dishwasher, in all rooms and in 2 of the kids beds. I’m expecting compensation for these unacceptable issues. Thank you. I also asked to get a call from a manager and that email went unanswered.
Overall we had a great time and appreciate the use of the home.
8.0The house was a good size for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. It was a nice house and good location.
− There were big black ants primarily in the upstairs bathroom but found some in the beds and downstairs as well. The maintenance assisted by setting traps, but continued to see them. It was unsafe for an exterminator to spray as we had no where to go for hours. It needs a little love, furniture in living area cleaned, landscaping outside in back (however deck was awesome), bathroom in king room on the door and floor by the shower. The extra living and kids room were extremely hot and temperature outside was about 75 degrees. Air conditioner finally helped but need air movement in the kids playroom.

It was a great spot for cousins to be together and have fun!

10.0House was great size for a big family gathering! Was in a great location close to the village and came with passes! House was clean and was stocked and ready!
− Needed more lights out at the hot tub!
