8.0Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, ist sehr sauber und ruhig. In der Wohnung ist alles was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit zu erreichen und beantwortet alle Fragen kompetent. Bus und Bahn sind schnell in ca. 5 min. zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch ca. 5 min. entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze in ca. 10 min. Fußweg ausreichend vorhanden.
− Ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten hat kein Fenster und nur eine Schiebetür zum schließen, keinerlei Frischluftzufuhr möglich ( deshalb der Punktabzug).
