Just needed to be cleaned a little bit especially the baseboards but we managed beautiful water beau
7.0− The bedspread had a stain and it was not a very pleasant stain so we went and bought new sheets and a comforter to sleep under that week for both beds

10.0This unit was truly CLEAN. We've been to other units with sand on the floor and stains on the dishes. This one was clean. Also the kitchen had absolutely everything in there. Every accessories you may need. Still bring your dishwashing soap and sponge.
− The beach umbrella and chairs were not included like in other units we stayed at. Frying pans needed to be updated. Would be nice to have some extra toilet paper for a larger crowd like us staying for several days.
10 out of 10 would recommend. We loved it.

− I think the garbage disposal needs some work. It would just randomly drip water under the sink.
