9.0The location is great. We liked being on a ground unit and the views were awesome! Parking was also very convenient.
− There was too much 'air freshener' used... or spray fabric softener... I anot sure which. I am very sensitive to smells and it took awhile to get the place aired out so I could enjoy sitting inside.

8.0Location, view, and cleanliness were all top-notch. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent.
− The lobby and hallways smelled VERY strongly of cleaning chemicals, and some seeped into the apartment. This smell is very unpleasant. The apartment was well furnished but rather generic and spartan. There is no dishwasher. The half-size fridge's freezer did not work, so we could not freeze our freezer packs.
Excellent stay! Room 101 is beautiful, I said to my husband, "we could live here!!".
10.0You can't beat the location! No more than a 3 minute walk to town, and right on the water. It is so relaxing to watch the boats go by.
− The shower could use a scrub. That was pretty dirty.
