10.0Posizione centralissima. Uscendo dalla struttura si é praticamente nella zona pedonale o del parco verde ferroviario. Bar e alimentari a 1 min a piedi. Appartamento stupendo terrazzo panoramico. Vista sul viale pedonale. Condominio silenziosissimo. Camere grandi, climatizzato. Super

Geweldig mooie en grote accomodatie in het centrum van Kalamata
10.0Super groot appartement met een enorm groot balkon met geweldig uitzicht. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt super gunstig. Het oude stadscentrum en het havengebied zijn te voet makkelijk te bewandelen. Een supermarkt zit op 2 minuten lopen en rondom het appartement zitten vele cafeetje en restaurants.

Appartement idéalement situé avec rooftop vue imprenable. Idéal couple avec ou sans enfants !
10.0La Vue / la terrasse sans vis-à-vis, la luminosité de l'appartement, et l'emplacement juste à côté du parc (l'appartement est littéralement devant le parc). Il est aussi proche de la plage (20mn à pieds) dans un quartier vivant avec plein de cafés et restaurants ! Idéal avec des enfants ! La propriétaire est disponible, elle nous a proposé gratuitement un early puis late checkout.
− Le signal exit lumineux dans le salon ;-)

9.0Όμορφο διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν και η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη άψογη. Σε ο,τι και αν χρειαστήκαμε ανταποκρίθηκε αμέσως. Σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στην Καλαμάτα σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε!

9.0Φιλόξενο σπίτι μεγαλύτερο απ ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες Πεντακάθαρο Πήγαμε με σκύλο και μας είχαν μπωλακια έτοιμα
