10.0Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Gave me expert advice on how to visit nearby Reserva Nacional de Paracas. Also, recommendations on restaurants in Pisco, plus detailed advice on how to return to Lima using local transport (including how much to pay for taxis.) Great location near the Plaza de Armas. Wonderful breakfast every morning.

10.0Perfect place to unwind in this bustling city. Manuel is very knowledgeable for any information on South American travel. Breakfast was served in the garden with eggs, fresh bread and juice.
