8.0Being beach front - the view was wonderful. The boardwalk is great. The restaurants were great.
− Who ever cleans the place did a poor job. The master shower had mold around the shower, there was hair left in the shower. The fridge wasn't clean. The balcony was dirty and didn't look like it had been wiped down or mopped in ages.

9.0We loved the location, beach access with showers, parking, and cleanliness of the condo. The elevator was always quick.
− There wasn’t a vacuum to clean up sand, would have been super helpful. We had issues with the dryer that the manager tried to fix, but they couldn’t fix it. I had one towel in there and ran it for 4 hours and it still wasn’t dry. Our laundry was saved by us buying a dryer rack.
