6.0The location is fantastic. Everything close by. Space is great and the view is breathtaking. Staff at the front desk was incredible. ( the owner didn’t match the great customer service vibe). Everything else was great and matched the price. Except the points below.👇
− 1. The property advertised transfer to the airport- seems like a marketing ploy, as it manipulates clients choice, but it is indeed NOT provided. Also it would be helpful to know there are mini busses going to Tbilisi for 10 lari before I accidentally found a decent priced transfer deal… if I didn’t research deals I would end up paying hundreds of GEL. 2. The owner was not accommodating. Instead of focusing on solution for the clients problem, owner focused on proving that the client is wrong- client overlooked there are not certain things included ( microwave was needed for medical reasons ) there was no toaster, no iron in the room, washer but the client is expected to spend vacation time buying the laundry detergent… there were no kitchen towels and no paper towels in the apartment. 3. The fact that the payment can not be done through a credit card was a source of certain stress, as I was afraid to lose the reservation over it or lose the cash before payment, since I had a few days in Tbilisi before I have arrived in Gudauri.
