1.0− Terrible service. My family and I were left waiting on the street, and despite several attempts to contact the hostess, we received no response. I was forced to secure alternative accommodation, and fortunately Booking.com provided timely assistance.

5.0Lovely modern apartment, very clean and tidy and only 10 minutes walk from the beach.
− There was no free parking, which is very misleading as it does say that there is in the apartments listing title on Booking. Com. Also, very confusing about it being dog friendly. When I checked again after Booking I was told it was but there would be an additional £40 charge, which for three nights I thought was extortionate. We decided not to take our dog with us. Also the bed was very uncomfortable as you could feel the springs of the mattress.

3.0Die Lage - nahe der wenigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und in einem interessanten Wohnviertel - ist gut. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner, sowie einen Induktionsherd.
− Die Werbung weckt falsche Erwartungen: "Free parking" - aber nur für eine Stunde, sonst 5 Pfd pro 24h. Apt for 4 persons, aber nur ein Bett mit schlechter Matratze. Der Küchentisch wacklig, nicht reparabel. Nur ein Teelöffel, zwei Suppenlöffel....Die angefragten Instruktionen zur Bedienung der Heizung und des Warmwassers nicht allgemeinverständlich. - Die Kommunikation schleppend, mit wiederholten Aufforderungen, man solle sich direkt mit dem Host auf anderen Kanälen (die wir gar nicht nutzen) oder via eines Links in Verbindung setzen, der aber "deleted" war.

− The property was advertised as having free parking which is why I booked it but it doesn’t have free parking which was disappointing. There were also several maintenance issues, including a broken coffee machine, a kitchen tap that dripped continuously, and one of the heating boosters not working. In addition, basic amenities were missing , there was no shower gel or hand soap provided in the bathroom. Overall, the place could be improved with some maintenance and more honest listing information.

− Had a few problems, the management company where responsive to my messages and sent apologies but nothing was actually done to fix them, I sorted out most of it myself. Feels like they are too far removed from the day to day practical running of the property. Heating and WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived and there some cleanliness issues
