10.0The entire experience, setting and service was superior, what an AWESOME stay we enjoyed. There is nothing to fault here: beautiful, functional, exceptional - we felt spoiled and special. We will highly recommend this hotel, without a doubt - I can't imagine any establishment doing better in Clarens on all levels, price included. Just FANTASTIC!!! Hats off and thumbs up!!!

We've travelled extensively, including internationally, and the exceptional service truly set it apart—the staff anticipated every need and paid attention to the smallest details, making our stay unforgettable. Combined with the beautiful hotel and outstanding food, it is without a doubt one of the best places we've ever stayed, and we can't wait to return.

9.0Well located near town centre. Modern building well warmed, with outstanding decor and very welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast with superb view of distant mountains.
− Took a while to find somebody to give us entrance to the property, which is clearly very secure! Proximity to Padel courts was of concern about noise, but no play thus no problem.
