Wonderful, clean and very stylish house in a fantastic location in West Looe overlooking the quay. Everything was spotless. Communication with the owner was very straightforward and we were able to speak with her immediately we arrived concerning spare sheets etc for the sofabed. The area was quiet at night so had a good night's sleep. The house has been beautifully renovated with a large, open plan kitchen/living area, ideal for our group of 5 to socialise in after a superb meal at the Sardine Factory which is just around the corner.

− A small bottle of milk and some non decaf teabags would be useful.

Overall a lovely stay, I would highly recommend

Property was tastefully decorated to a high standard, it was exceptionally clean and the location was brilliant. Lovely TV and good quality corner sofa in the lounge. Bathroom was well stocked with everything you needed.

− TV’s in bedrooms were too small, and the beds could have done with being softer as to they were a bit hard.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful three-bedroom house right on the harbour front in Looe. The location couldn’t have been better—waking up to the gentle activity of the harbour and lovely waterfront views was a real highlight. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each bedroom was cosy and inviting, making it perfect for our group, and the living areas were bright and welcoming. Being just steps from the harbour and a short walk into town made it incredibly convenient for both relaxing days and exploring. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway!

Extremely clean and comfortable, spacious although 6 people for a week might feel a bit cramped. We only stayed for a night and it served our purposes well. Would recommend. Maybe not for people with mobility / balance issues as it is a very short but steep sloped path up to the front door.

− The automatic light outside front door doesn’t stay on long enough in the dark for you to fiddle with the key safe and to operate it you have to stand in the light being shone from it so you are still fiddling around in the dark! A small thing. It a dislike , just helpful point…. The cutlery is in a secret drawer within a drawer below the hob. Would never have found it if my friend hasn’t experienced the same perplexing search in a previous house.

The house was very comfortable and warm, day and night. The beds were comfortable and everything that we needed was there. The location was great for accessing the town and a great view over the water. Parking was free on our trip as there was a concession for Christmas shopping which was great.

− It was a bit tricky to find, right under our noses but a friendly dog walker pointed us in the right direction.
