Clean and comfortable

− You can hear the neighbors. Not very soundproof

The floors and walls are filthy

we walked in and the carpets were filthy and stained, and there were us staining of some sort on various walls. We contacted the property and left immediately. We have stayed in other units at this location before they are generally nice and well situated. However, walking in and seeing carpet that is dirty with massive stains on the floors and some of the walls was extremely offputting. When we notified the property immediately that we wouldn’t be staying I received a message from management saying that the customer service department would be reaching out to me They did not reach out until over three days later and then told me they couldn’t do anything without me ‘canceling’ through the app. But there was no option to cancel since it was the middle of the day. We booked another unit in the same complex and had been staying there since the first night we left this unit. They also told me to send them pictures of the problem, but there is no option to do that. I requested an email so I could send them photos and I’ve heard nothing. Very disappointing experience.

Great value for a very comfortable stay

The property was very clean and very well equipped - AC, but also portable fans, washer/dryer, iron and board, beach chairs, cooler, beach towel, everything you might need.

− The carpet in the living area is stained and not the best. For a newly renovated apartment I would have probably chosen a hard surface that cleans better

Die Eigentumswohnung ist modern, hell, sauber, technisch sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer tollen Wohnanlage. Es gibt in der Wohnanlage zwei Pools, die man als Gäste kostenlos nutzen darf. Wir haben den hinteren Pool genutzt. Dieser war echt toll. In unseren 3 1/2 Wochen Aufenthalt auf Hawaii, war diese Wohnung auf Maui unser Wohn-Highlight. Wir hätten weniger Zeit auf Oahu und mehr Zeit auf Maui verbringen sollen. Aber das weiß man ja leider vorher nicht. Wir haben Oahu, Kauai und Maui besucht. Maui hat uns am Besten gefallen. Wozu diese Wohnung auch Ihren Beitrag dazu geleistet hat. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung zu 100 % weiter! Wir haben sie mit einem befreundeten Pärchen geteilt.

− Es war alles super. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn wir eher hätten einchecken können. Dem war leider nicht so, aber deswegen gibt es keinen Punktabzug.
