6.0Property was so dirty. There were hairs all over the floor from the previous stay. Bathroom was full of short curly hair in the shower and bathroom. Had to ask the cleaners to come back and still found hair. The gate code was such and inconvenience every time you left you need a code to exist. Sometimes they worked and then some had expired. No clothing rack to dry towels even when I had told the cleaners and they said they forgot to replace it

Wont stay here again - The advertising is deceiving - pool & facilities are far away from the flat
6.0− We needed codes to enter and leave the property which there was a problem with and security would not let us in until we spoke to the Host or owner of the flat.
It was good. Happy with the property agent.

− We experienced an issue with electricity and it took a while for the electrician to come through. But the property agent went extra mile and gave us a temporary accommodation until the issue was fixed.

5.0Staff friendly and helpful. When wifi was down and we eventually alerted someone we had an immediate response. Nice and quiet. Peaceful area.
− I cleaned and wiped down the place ....it was not clean . I declined house keeping the Saturday as i cleant the house to my expectations in the morning an hour and a half before house keeping came to clean hence i declined. Half of Saturday morning not wifi. Rooms and house was stuffy ,shower door replaced with curtain. Ventilation in apartment poor. Just not up to my expectations for the price paid. Alot of ants in kitchen. The braai area was wet and dirty i wiped and cleaned the area and dried the cushions just to make our stay a little more compfy. I did more house work than a holiday.
