− Everything is fine with the caravan, but the internet is very poor. Even though there is a router and Wi-Fi in the caravan, the internet is practically not working.

De caravan was netjes, en er was aan niks een gebrek.

− We hadden even wat moeite om het warm water en de kachel aan te krijgen. Het bleek dat het gas op was.

Nice accommodation but you need to pay or bring your own bedding towels etc

Close to the reception and entertainment area - definitely homely And comfortable

− Not very well cleaned, food still in the fridge - butter, mayonnaise and a can of coke, frozen chips in the freezer box Dirty cloths under the sink I left a clean sponge and dish cloth and bleached the toilet’s One of the bedroom windows where broken, so I wasn’t able to open it and air it

Nice caravan but being let down by cleaners.

The caravan and facilities were as expected, it was an enjoyable stay. However it wasn't very clean on arrival in the kitchen area specifically.

− The kitchen area was pretty grubby to say the least when we arrived, Microwave and fridge were not clean at all with small bits of food etc, the toaster rack was full of grease and there were cob webs that look like they've been there for a while. I think we left the place cleaner than we found it for sure thanks to my wife and daughter. Not sure what the cleaners are being paid for, but they are not doing a very good job. The caravan itself was nice , however the cleaners are letting the place and owner down for sure.

Location was useful for where we wanted to be. No problems with access.

− Was left in a filthy state with a microwave full of off meat, bread and bbq sauce on a plate, an oven not cleaned out with trays full of fat, mush of part melted ice creams in the freezer, rubbish under beds and a screw coming through the wall in the smallest bedroom right by your hand when trying to put sheets on the matress. Also some bedding was missing and a bag of rubbish left outside the front door. Reported to cleaning ompany who brought extra bedding but we’d already had to clean up the mess.
