Cozy and intimate room
10.0We arrived at New Chitose airport in the evening when it was snowing quite heavily. Our flight was delayed and we had to pick up our rental car out-of-hours before making our way to Otaru, yet the receptionist was extremely understanding of the situation and told us to take our time to drive safely. She waited for us until we arrived close to 11pm, and we couldn't have asked for more to put us at ease after a tense journey to Otaru!
