整間是一樓平房，總共有三間臥室（含起居室）廚房浴廁及洗衣間各一（可烘可曬），晚上很安靜，床墊自己鋪很舒適好睡，附近有下津井小漁港一早可以走走，再遠一點是鳩羽山展望台及兒島，當成路途中點休息一晚非常適合。
10.0房間很大，屋主很親切讓人感到安心，晚上很安靜。
− 也沒有，要說缺點的話似乎沒看到有電視，需要開車才能抵達。

9.0実は下津井でタコを食するつもりで宿を探してここにたどり着きました。宿の泊まるまでに、また泊まっている間もこまめなフォローが宿のオーナーからアクセスがあり、まったく迷いませんでした。また宿泊環境もよく、非常に快適でした。布団も清潔で夜よく眠られました。今回は2人できましたが、もう少し大人数で泊まり、料理など自分たちでできればもっと楽しいかもしれません。調理道具、冷蔵庫、などすべてそろっています。
− これは仕方のないことですが、アクセスするのに車でないと（レンタカーかタクシー）たどり着くには大変だなと思いました。我々はレンタカーで訪問しました。場所はわかりやすく、まったく迷いませんでした。
