− the twin mattresses were very hard and my son didn't sleep the greatest on them. no coffee or end tables in the living room, used a dining room chair as a table.

10.0I like that it was a whole clean apartment. The fewstaff members were very helpful and the people on contacted on their email were polite and very accommodating. I say that because due to the impending weather from home we had to leave earlier than expected. However,they reimbursed us the difference.
− I was disappointed there wasn't a dishwasher, however, we didn't cook much anyway. And one thing I missed was not having a wash cloth and facial tissues.
