The staff at this property are very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the villa itself feels quite old and not well-maintained. There are frequent power issues—the electricity often cuts off, especially when using appliances like a heater or electric kettle. Considering the price, the property does not offer good value for money. Another major inconvenience is the parking area, which is very congested and difficult to manage. Guests are frequently asked to move their cars whenever someone needs to get in or out, which becomes quite frustrating. Overall, while the staff are a positive aspect, the facilities and infrastructure need significant improvement.

− The kitchen was at the basement which was a little bit hard to reach for my parents. Otherwise it was very good

I am very happy in this beautiful environment. The location is stunning.The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was a bit small

Conveniently located near Laitukkrah, it’s a clean apartment

− The owners lacked basic courtesy of at least giving a welcome call, leave aside a welcome drink. Broken bathroom fittings , lack of basics ( Kitchen didn’t even have a Tea sieve) non functional stone-age TV where neither it was capable to play OTT nor did the set top box work. To top it all it was a “Go Figure out” kind of experience as the property doesn’t even have a care taker, Not even someone on call made it a pretty low class & budget traveller experience
