− Place needed maintenance. Living room couch was ripped. Drapery rod in main bedroom was falling off. The carafe for the coffeemaker was not the right size so the plunger didn't allow the coffee to drip into the carafe. A real mess!

7.0− I would have given a full score, but the beds in the small room were really uncomfortable. Both the bunk bed and the double bed creaked with every movement, which seriously affected our sleep. The view from the window was picturesque, and the apartment was well-equipped, but I don’t understand why such poor-quality bedding was used—it really brought down the overall impression of the stay. After all, the most important part of a hotel experience is the comfort of the bed and bedding; everything else is secondary.

10.0The breathtaking view we could actually see was 100% same as the website presented or even more amazing. The room equipment was so great and clean, we did enjoy a solid BBQ feast there. The instructions were so clear that we could park our car and enter the room smoothly, and even when we got confused they replied the messages in time. We had an impressive stay here, definitely would choose it again in our future trip to Banff.
