Great place in the city center with roof terrace for meals and relaxation

The roof terrace was just wonderful. The living room, kitchen and dining are a open floor plan, adding to the spaciousness of those rooms. Both modern bathrooms had great showers with lots of hot water. There is an abundance of kitchen implements, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Two tables to work on plus the big dining room table. Extra sheets and towels in the closet. The glass enclosed patio room is great for windy or cool days or when it rains. The elevator to the third floor was great to get luggage up and down. The house is very quiet, we never heard anything from neighbors next door or underneath. The AC in the living room and one bedroom work very well. A great place where we would return anytime.

− Updating a few items would make this a REALLY great apartment. The old and broken lawn chair on the roof terrace is still there ( see complaint from 2025) and is a hazard for children. The broken umbrella should be replaced. The management has problems to convince the owner to remove and replace those items. The AC in the dark tiled bedroom blows lots of cool air, but is maybe to small to cool the room down. There was some noise coming up from the road 3 floor down, but mostly during early evening rush hours. One bedroom window opens to a inner courtyard which is a bit unsightly, but also reduced the street noise. Being in the middle of a city, some noise has to be expected. The mattress in the bedroom with the window to the roof terrace should be replaced with a newer and thicker mattress, as the box springs can be felt through.

it had a lovely quirky feel about it. Great to have 2 bathrooms and we also loved the patio area.
