It was spacious, air conditioning everywhere (we paid 2000 Egyptian pounds for the electricity bill), the pool was cleaned everyday. The villa was nice to stay in and covered 12 people well. Mr Mahmoud was vey kind and responsive to any requests I made.

− The staff had atrocious behaviour. I was ignored by Mr Mohamed Lasheen all until the booking dates, they tried to get me to cancel the booking and stay in another villa without the pool all within hours of my booking. The cooker didn’t work.

Don't ever book this villa. The hostess is not professional and not responsive at all he tried to cancel our reservation 12 hours before check-in. He tried to make me cancel my reservation with booking and pay him directly

The location and the garden

− The furniture was old and stained as well as the rugs. The hot water did not work in the bathroom and I almost got electrocuted trying to plug in the hot water heater in the master bedroom. The tiles were cracked all over the floor and almost cut our foot on it. Air conditioner in one of the rooms didn’t work lucky one of the family members was a handyman and fixed it. He also had to fix the screen on all the windows which were not only ripped and cut, but they were on the bushes that were also broken. The blankets were dirty and stained. The trashcan in the kitchen was utterly disgusting filled with old food stuck on it all over they can and the lid. The chairs in the backyard were broken. A couple of them didn’t even have a seat to it. The entire Villa was not even cleaned properly just a wipe down. The barbecue was not actually a barbecue. It was a 1 foot metal tray filled with trash. It’s a hot water stopped working and we had to call the main gate to have somebody come and fix the hot water. The fridge barely kept the food cold. And the fridge was very old. It was definitely not worth the money I spent, and I had booked another property with a private pool and the owner never called me back after I had left him messages every single day since the day I booked this property until the day before and told me that another property was booked, and I had to stay in this property which she said was much better . It was a complete waste of money and not worth $294 at all.

− The hosts were pretty unresponsive. And there were 3 different ones yet somehow none would answer for hours. Leading up to the stay, they didn’t answer for days. Would not stay again.
