9.0La propreté. Les équipements. Le charme des matériaux.
− Le bruit de la terrasse du bar situé juste en dessous du logement ainsi que les bruits de circulation parfois très intenses. Des vitrages isolants seraient indispensables. Le mode d'enregistrement et surtout le mode d'accès à l'immeuble qui passent obligatoirement par internet et par l'utilisation systématique d'un smartphone. Pourquoi ne pas mettre à disposition tout simplement une clé ou un code?
