1.0That we were able to be placed in a different venue by the managing company.
− The location had water damage, mold/mildew growing around the vents, dirty linens with dried bodily fluids. The floor around the shower was soggy and the walls bowing under the vents in the living room. Dirty and sagging fans. Would equate the stay here to sleeping on a truck stop bathroom floor.
Such an easy and enjoyable vacation with beach and pool and parking literally steps from your front door.
8.0100 percent the location can’t be beat for access to beach, pool, parking lot right outside the unit’s door, short walk town. Very walk friendly area. Beds super comfortable. Pool very nice!
− Main bathroom is going to need some repairs to floor/shower floor eventually, bc the shower liner provided is way too flimsy, not sufficient to keep water out entirely. Shower curtain bar hung too low, so water is a problem there too. This didn’t impact my experience, but I have concerns for damage to another person’s property. Also I would just add that if 5 people are booked as guests, 5 bath towels at check in would be appreciated; we were provided only 4. but again, we made do with the extra beach towels we brought along.
