Beautifully presented apartment close to downtown Wilmington
10.0A wonderfully presented apartment in a quiet and pretty suburb close (and walkable) to the waterfront and all its bars and restaurants. Wrightsville beach was only about a 20 minute drive away too. Very friendly and responsive host who set up the apartment with a very warm welcome (snacks, water, coffees, milk, bath and shower products). We had a long drive and did not manage to stop so those little tokens really were meaningful for us.

Relaxed and comfortable
10.0Location was idea for Wilmington. The property was decorated to a high standard, very comfortable, spacious and clean. Jeff the host had obviously gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that everything was in order, there was nothing missing. It was like a home from home! We would return without question next time we are staying in Wilmington.

10.0My daughter and I enjoyed being able to walk to the river front, the restaurants and the shopping. It was fairly close to UNCW. We walked back from the river front after dark and felt safe. We enjoyed our stay very much.

10.0This was absolutely fantastic. From the snacks and fresh fruit left for us to the unbelievable cleanliness of the entire apartment, the beds were very comfy. We could not be more with having stayed here. This is a 5 star place to stay !!
− There was nothing we didn't like. We thought that having to park on the street would be an issue but turned out to be no big deal due to the fact we were able to park in front of main entrance to house.
