10.0The attention to detail was immaculate, everything we could need was provided, games, cooking tools and so much more. We had such a magical Christmas Day staying here.
Quiet, very well equiped flat. Comfortable, close to sea and lovely walk into Ventnor.

− Approach to flat was poor. Car space was overgrown with branches. Common area was insecure due to window mechansim broken and rusty. Key safe could be numbered ie Flat 20.

10.0The apartment and the location were great. We loved our holiday there. The number 20 apartment even had sea view which was a pleasant surprise. Gabi sent us a message when the apartment was ready for an early check-in. It was all perfectly arranged. Everything was spotless and it looked brand new. The apartment was specious and clean. Everything we could possibly need was there. We could park our car on a reserved parking space. Hopefully we will come back some day.
