2.0Pessoal da recepção muito atenciosos e receptivos.
− Acomodação com poucos utensílios domésticos, faltou energia das 00:00h da sexta até às 08:00h da manhã do sábado, geladeira com excesso de gelo descongelou e molhou toda a cozinha, tivemos que abrir a porta da varanda e como estava chovendo também molhou o quarto.

− Da recepção demora pra atender, de colocar pulseira, nem todo mundo gosta de usar pulseira de identificação. Deveriam arrumar um outro meio de identificação.
