10.0We enjoyed our stay at P7 Goose valley, everything was superb, and the views were spectacular, i will definitely book it again in the future.
Very displeased and disappointed at this level of service
1.0Wifi is fine, location good
− No pre check-in details sent beforehand, while our exhausted Technicians wanted to check-in, the hosts were un-reachable. Approximately 10 minutes later, at multiple contact attempts the hosts started answering their phones and upon opening the lock box for the key to the home, there was no key!!!! Our Technicians were then asked to go to a different location to get an additional key from another individual which was not the host and travel back to the home. How this entire scenario was made our problem after our Technicians were GUESTS I cannot fathom as we had to do all the work for check-in and no one thought to call and apologise or accommodate us with the problem which was not ours to solve. WHERE WERE THE HOSTS?????!!!!!!! And this after hours of travelling and working? We are very displeased, this is unacceptable at ALL COSTS! I insist on our money back or a voucher for an additional stay.

− The outside lights didn't come on at night and there were a few little things that could be improved.
Overall, great stay! Would recommend (minus a few teething issues)
7.0The place is lovely and the view is great.
− There were 2 rolls of loo paper - both were two thirds finished so essentially there was less than 1 full roll for 2 people for 3 nights. I think thats a bit rough.. The sugar and milk creamer powder were alive with ants - I think these should be stored in the fridge perhaps. The shower water doesnt drain so you have to be very careful when showering not to let the water rise high enough to over flow - this is a bit gross as you are standing in the water filled with whatever you have washed off your person and also, whatever is blocking the drain might be floating in the water you stand in. Lastly, I was exceptionally disappointed when I went to throw something in the bathroom bin and there was a wrapped up, used sanitary pad and a pad wrapper. People have periods, I get it but I dont want to see someone else's used wrapped pad in my loo bin. Its just not sanitary.
