Wonderful vacation stay and host was very attentive.
10.0The house and pool were exceptionally nice. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Great vacation spot!
− Kitchen needed to be better equipped with common condiments (salt, pepper, sugar). Minor matter but a bit aggravating.
It was a wonderful place for a family gathering.

− A few “palmetto bugs” which are very commonly found on the island and difficult to keep away no matter how clean it is.
Our stay was wonderful. We hated to leave such a nice house.

8.0Great older home. Great location. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. PLUS, the beach is not very crowded. The access point is between the 2 more crowded public access points. Close enough to town where everything is a 5 to 10 minute drive with good parking. BRING CASH! All of the restaurants we went to add a 3% charge for the use of debit or credit cards. Some small shops are cash only.
− We had a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms. It took 4 hours for a plumber/handyman to get there and was unable to fix the problem so we had to make due with a half operational bathroom. And at no time did Lighthouse Vacations reach out to us to address the situation or even apologize for the inconvenience. Communication with Lighthouse Vacations is very poor. They don't answer the phone. You have to leave a voice mail. Only 1 time was my phone call returned.
