Clean and convenient with only minor things to address.
8.0The apartment inside was very clean and the kitchen was well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. It was a short 10/12 minute walk to the main train station.
− The television didn't work and often just showed static. Although the apartment was very clean, the foyer area you first walk into was dirty with rubbish on the floor, left there for 2 days. The lock on the door worked well once I understood how to use it, but the instructions were misleading. It said to hold your palm over the screen. In reality, you had to swipe or it wouldn't work. I arrived at night, on my own and I was very stressed for some time, trying to get in.

− The building was super run down and the area didn't feel safe. There was a LOT of communication (leading up to and during the stay) including a request for Photo ID (with no policy on GDPR) and a credit card hold of £125 which I only found out about after it was too late to cancel. The room was miniature, not the cleanest, and very cheaply furnished. Backed onto brimming bins and a car park so had to keep blinds shut the whole time.
