2.0− We couldn't sleep on Saturday night because people kept ringing the doorbell and banging loudly. The kids were very scared and felt unsafe. It was a frightening experience, and we didn't feel secure staying here. I would not recommend this place for families with children because we did not feel safe.

8.0Great accommodation, very spacious and very comfortable beds, massive bathroom upstairs. The flat is close to a lot of shops and places to eat, easy to get to the seaside and other attractions via bus or car. There was a lot of utensils to cook with, extra bedding if required. We had a great stay. The hosts were very nice and quick to sort any issues.
− Some of the floorboards were creaky especially in the first bedroom and this made me worry for neighbours downstairs at nighttime. The bathroom windows upstairs could do with some privacy screen. The dining table is very large as it takes up most of the space but we managed to move some things around and replaced upon leaving. If you have a buggy, you may struggle as there are quite a bit of stairs and nowhere large enough to store it downstairs. The stairs could do with a bit of hoovering. All in all,we did have a good stay
