6.0Nah am Strand,abends kann man im Restaurant etwas essen gehen oder in der Bar auch tagsüber eine Kleinigkeit essen und trinken. Schöne Terrasse, Backofen und Mikrowelle vorhanden.Kaffeeautomat mit Kapseln.Betten sind bequem
− Die "mobile" Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht wirklich,der unerträgliche Geruch im Bad oben (nach trocken gelaufenem Abfluss,der sich über Tage hielt), die viel zu kleine Dusche,altes Bad und das ohne irgendeine Lüftung (Fenster,aber es ist unerträglich schwül im Bad),es ist einfach alles in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung, vor allem in den Schlafzimmern und Bad oben

9.0Location is great - very close to the sea. Valledoria is just 3 minutes by a car - there yku can find restaurants and groceries.
− The shower is a bit small. For 2 weeks of stay we got only one type of each towel per person - it would be great to give at least 2 pairs, so people can change it. You can wash it, but it takes 2-3 days to dry, since the sun doesn’t penetrate the trees there.
