1.0− There were ants inside the unit. Cupboard in the kitchen smells bad. Water heating was not working. Sink in the toilet does not drain. Staff is too late to respond

− the water heater is not working; we tried to use the electric fan inside the master bedroom but it was not working too, though there's really no need for us to turn it on because the air-conditioning is working well.
