10.0The owner had all cleaning supplies very good broom and dust pan dishes pots pans TV couch that turned into a bed. It was a very good stay everything was clean and up to par. ☺️

Too pricey for the value
6.0We had plenty of hot water. The appliances were very nice and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for our meals. The store downstairs was neat and convenient.
− None of the furniture was comfortable (beds, sofa, or chairs). Having to pay $8.50 per day for EACH vehicle to park and it was across the street. All the steps we had to climb. Only having 1 washcloth per person for a whole week. Floors weren't swept. There was soap residue in the wire holder in the shower so I'm not sure how much the bathroom was cleaned. We were promised a crib but never received one and I'm not sure where we could have put it anyway with the size of the rooms. The floors are very unlevel so one bedroom door wouldn't shut at all and the bathroom door only half shut. You need to let people know that when you leave you have to click the X on the keypad because it doesn't auto lock and to be sure and turn the deadbolt when inside for the same reason.
