Die Kommunikation war sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthaltes tadellos. Das Haus ist in einem exzellenten Zustand, es mangelt an überhaupt nichts, auch die Küchenausstattung ist voll umfänglich. Die Sauna ist ein Traum und auch dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat macht die Sache sehr komfortabel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wir waren die letzten drei Jahre im November am Hainer See und haben in dem Petit Chalet 69 die bislang beste Unterkunft gefunden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und uns die Tage richtig wohl gefühlt. Top Aussicht, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner Saunabereich und eine sehr gute Aufteilung der Schlafbereiche mit eigenen Bädern. Der Kontakt zu Frau P. (Verwalterin) war sehr herzlich. Sie war während unseres Aufenthalts immer erreichbar und hat uns immer helfen können.

− Die zu der Zeit stattfindenden Bauarbeiten auf dem Weg zum Haus haben die An- und Abfahrt tagsüber erschwert. Die Informationen der Baufirma vor Ort war leider unzuverlässig. Wir konnten nicht vor der Tür parken. Frau P. hat uns eine Alternative vermittelt. Für den Umstand trifft die Gastgeber keine Schuld. Wir hoffen, dass die Straße bis Ende 2025 fertig gebaut ist und es damit keine Probleme mehr gibt.
