3.0− The apartment is damp, with mold on the ceiling. Even though we didn't use the TV, they charged us a deposit (300 euros!) for supposedly breaking it, after which they stopped communicating. It's dishonest and unprofessional.

− La cuisine est un peu ancienne et la salle de bain pourrait bénéficier d’une rénovation. J’ai récupéré la clé auprès de l’agence de location, située à environ dix minutes en voiture de l’appartement.”

− El alojamiento no estaba en buenas condiciones, estaba sucio (sábanas con pelos y manchas, el suelo sin fregar y en general mucho polvo…), ducha con moho, enchufes en malas condiciones. Es un 3piso sin ascensor. En general necesita una reforma. Y siguiente el personal te contesta pero no te soluciona el problema (mandaron una empresa de limpieza que cambió las sábanas bajeras, pero no las fundas de las almohadas y tampoco limpió..)
