For what we needed it for and paid it was ok.
7.0For what we needed it for and paid it was ok. The beds were comfy and the space upstairs was good.
− The outside space was a bit disappointing. It was a big space but needs some TLC to make it a safe and usable space. The property in general could do with a bit of a refresh but again, for what we paid and needed it for it did the job.

4.0− An infestation of ants coming through the back door and all over the kitchen. I actually spoke to the host b4 our stay and he informed me of the ants but hadn’t taken any action to get rid of them
Was great for a large group and owner easily contactable, would definitely stay again
8.0Plenty of space and comfortable and clean beds. Property in general could be a little cleaner and some things a little tired but it served us fine.
− Parking outside the door was challenging at times but the main road was very close and parking could be found there. Bathrooms could do with some tlc but serviceable and garden chairs were about falling apart but overall property was great

10.0There for a family gathering in Ilkeston so the location was ideal. Great property and very well equipped.

10.0You know what, I just needed somewhere cheap for 5 of us to stay for a birthday party being held in the area. We weren’t expecting anything great for the price and that didn’t matter anyway as we were only going to be sleeping there but it is a lovely little stay and will absolutely book again.
− Parking is a bit of an issue but that isn’t the owners fault, just be aware that you may have to park on the main road around the corner. Still no great issue though in the grand scheme of things.
