Disappointing.

The apartment was fine. The first place we had didn’t have functioning air conditioning so they moved us to a second property which was as well.

− We arrived in two parties and as the second group to arrive with an infant, the keys we picked up did not have an active fob key for the front gate to the complex. We tried multiple times to call the reception and host. The receptionist was extremely rude. We finally got a hold of the host who came to deliver a fob that still didn’t work. She said that she’ll be compensating us. We then had to follow up with her a few days after we left the accommodation at which stage she decide to refund us only $50. The whole experience was just super disappointing.

Had a great time, and would like to stay again in the future.

Very spacious, modern and comfortable apartment with so many nice touches (eg. tennis racquets, portable picnic mat, phone chargers, tupperware, esky with ice pack, nintendo switch, etc.). High quality furnishings and appliances. Great location, a beautiful walk to the nearby Botanic Gardens and Adventure Playground. We stayed for 9 nights but could easily live there permanently!

− Being conveniently located in north Cairns and close to the airport, there was some plane noise throughout the day. If you're a light sleeper, you might need some ear plugs so you don't hear the first planes around 6-630am.
