If you have a problem and need it fixed, you're basically screwed

− The wifi wasn't working at all, and there was no way to contact the host about it. I sent two emails about this through booking.com but did not receive any reply. Their check-in and check-out system was wifi based, so it was frustrating that the wifi didn't work for that either.
