Good location, value for money (you get what you are paying for)!

− Bedrooms are very old and dark, downstairs bathroom desperately needs an upgrade. Beware when booking this villa, payment doesn’t get charged by the booking platform. The manager will message you asking for payment and preferably in cash. Says they will charge a 3% fee if payment by card (which I have been told is illegal in Indonesia). Then offers you to pay in AUD or IDR. Then she asks for a bit extra to cover local exchange rate and online exchange rate even though set amount is written in your message. Doesn’t look like owner is registered to run business in Bali with the new laws. I have stayed in a lot of the other villas in this gang and they are a lot nicer and all registered to run businesses and operate above board.

Loved how close it was to everything yet we couldn’t hear any craziness from the villa. The beds were super comfy. It was roomy for a family and had everything you needed. The pool was a little green when we booked in but the staff put stuff in there to clean it and it cleared up. Pool needs more sun to be warmer but was great my son loved it. We would return.

Super central and plenty of space for my daughters and I. Actually roomier than the pics let on which was a bonus.

− If you have teens, aim to be ‘home’ between 11 - 3 for swimming and sun time.

Great location and good value for money

Great location, close to plenty of shopping, close to many good eateries. Cleaned every second day. Plenty of room for family of 4. Enjoyed the privacy of our own pool. Good cooking facilities if you want to cook. Had everything you would need for short or long stays. Loved the fridge had a ice machine in it.

− We couldn't get the TV to work but that's our fault for not asking Couple of broken wooden board near pool but both only minor issues which I'm sure would have been resolved if we had asked

This 2 bedroom Villa is well located, good value and secure I can recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Legian area.

The location is fantastic. Meters from great coffee shop, laundry and of course the Y Bar. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable

Great location

− It definitely needs maintenance. Toilet in main bedroom didn’t flush properly. Had dirty bath towels and sheets. Most of the cushions had stains and the curtains had mould on them. The aircon upstairs wasn’t working properly and living area wasn’t the best either. Definitely needs some good housekeeping and TLC
