1.0− チェックインして、エアコンの不調に気づき、連絡。 直ぐに別の宿を手配したが、そこまでの交通費、燃料費、余分にかかった駐車場代をどうするか相談した所、支払いますの回答、合計額も伝えましたが、その後無視、無回答が続いていること。支払いも無い。 最後まで責任持って対応してもらいたい。 猛暑でエアコン無いの無理。仕方なく移動したが、子供もいて、夕方チェックインだったので、移動やなんやで夕飯時間も過ぎ、本当に大変だった。嫌な思い出が残る。 誠意ある対応を望むのは難しいのでしょうか？

− 真夏の宿泊でしたがエアコンが効かず18時時点で室内が外気温より高い状態でした。 熱中症による命の危険も感じられたため、ここでの宿泊は断念し他を当たりました。
