5.0− Niemand war telefonisch erreichbar beim Check-in. Bin eine Stunde vor verschlossenen Tueren gestanden. Wohung war verschmutzt.

− Nella struttura non è presente un phon, ma solo la scatola vuota. Abbiamo chiesto per favore di avere un phon ma per 3 giorni abbiamo ricevuto sempre la solita risposta ovvero “che il manager era stato informato” È stato un grosso disagio perché abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, 3 ragazze, e non abbiamo potuto lavarci i capelli.

10.0I had a wonderful 9-day stay at JRR stays apartment in Coventry. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm, and beautifully presented — really cute, cosy, and genuinely inviting. Everything I needed was provided, with all accessories thoughtfully included, which made the stay completely stress-free and comfortable. Communication with the host throughout my stay was excellent — clear, responsive, and very supportive. I felt well looked after from start to finish. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. ❤️❤️❤️
− The only downside was the shared garden area with downstairs occupants. It could benefit from a bit of tidying, especially as it’s used by children.
