− Odor of dampness in the stair well. Overgrown hedge around the front entrance gate. Had to stoop low to get through.

8.0This is a quiet flat, presumably ex-Council, towards the outskirts of town close to a Lidl and an industrial estate. It is light and was sunny. It is perhaps in the course of being updated but perfectly adequate (and more) for a four-night stay. It is about half an hour or so to walk into town. There is parking on the road outside.
