− Almost no communication with the apartment owner. Just sent general instructions at our day of arrival. The apartment is being remodeled, there were men on the balcony with a drill, chipping away at the floor and scooping up debris. The balcony windows were lined with blue plastic. I sent a request to Booking's customer service to help me to change the apartment, but they never answered. Owner never answered as well I was working in the apartment during the day. It was almost impossible to work with the noise. Remote control for the parking does not work. We had to wait for another car to come and open the gate. We tried to use the washing machine running but it seemed to us it was not working. There were no instructions on how or were to dispose of the trash.

9.0.The property was really beautiful and spacious Not too much things for kids to brake but enough to make this place warm and inviting.Fantastic kitchen!Big fridge and freezer, microwave and few other gadgets 😁Washing machines and dryers at the same level so I was able to wash towels and go back home with clean clothes from holiday!wonderful swimming pool and 4min away from the beach.In Miami car is necessary so car space was also provided.Definitely will go back there again.
− We were not able to use balcony because of construction work outside the apartment,it was very loud during the day.Construction work in this area will take around 2months so bear this in mind if u are going there with your family. We couldn't figure out how to use oven but I guess it could be only us having this issue. Also suggestion for Maria,the owner...People from Europe use kettlle for making tea 😉
