Good spot, lovely home but disappointing outdoor spaces!

Close to the beach, quiet street and ample off street parking!

− Very small balcony with insufficient seating and a dark unkempt backyard that frankly was very uninviting! Took half an hour to sweep down the area before we could even sit out there!
